Great work is multiplied by how you partner with other people. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—namely, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and improve how we co-market and integrate with our partners. In this role, you will become an expert in our customers’ workflows and help define a roadmap for partner integrations. You will develop a deep understanding of partner products and audiences to help define a winning value proposition for Typeform in the partners' ecosystems. Finally, you will co-ordinate the work between the partner and Typeform teams to launch the integrations, create joint-campaigns that drive adoption of the integrated value proposition and continue working to improve discoverability and adoption of the integration.
Here’s what you’ll do in a nutshell:
- Define a clear strategy for our co-marketing initiatives with key stakeholders in Product Marketing and Partnerships
- Own the app store optimization for all Typeforms partner integrations and lead the positioning of our offering with outside partners
- Own the planning and execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners, and align with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of our integrations, customers, market & competitors and draw on fundamental customer insights to inform our integrations
- Establish a clear overview of the opportunity with our existing and potential partners
- Set adoption goals/KPIs and report on the performance
- Partner with the product development team to help prioritize the product roadmap
- Work closely with your team to identify and optimize communication opportunities and help craft a consistent narrative across channels
- Partner with the content and creative organizations to create on-brand content that drives product adoption across the user journey
Here’s what we’re after:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, leading research, co-marketing initiatives, or influencer programs
- Account management experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of different marketing disciplines, how they impact each other and drive a higher LTV
- Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of user experience and service design
- Data-driven and able to use essential analytics tools. Tableau/Looker experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills: verbal and written
- Technically savvy with a high-level understanding of mechanisms like APIs
- Driven, proactive and go-getter attitude
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup is a plus
- Experience with SEO or ASO preferred
