Senior Manager, Product Marketing

The Product Marketing team at Bazaarvoice has the global responsibility of developing, launching, and growing new offers in market. We are looking for a leader to join this team to oversee the GTM process, strategic offer development, and field support of our Client Experience and Content Acquisition offers. Bazaarvoice is innovating the way brands and retailers collect and use reviews and user generated content. This team of product marketers is responsible for two main areas supporting that innovation. First, our new Insights and Reports functionality, designed to help our clients better interpret and take action upon customer feedback. And second, all of our content acquisition offers and solutions. This includes sampling, building new programs to expand the reach of Bazaarvoice offers through our retail partnerships, and integrating capabilities made available through Influenster, a site with more than 6 million members and 40 million reviews.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Support, manage, and develop a team of four Product Marketing Managers
  • Work with other leaders to push your initiatives forward, you feel comfortable in front of a crowd and at ease presenting to executives
  • Inspire global field teams to take new messaging and offers to market
  • Identify and maintain market audience and buyer persona definitions for keys segments
  • Develop integration strategies for new Bazaarvoice and Influenster offers and solutions
  • Build and maintain market expertise on eCommerce trends, consumer shopping behavior and trends, and buyer needs
  • Apply this expertise in partnership with Product Management on informing product vision/road map, as well with the global Sales/Client Success organizations in promoting Bazaarvoice’s solutions
  • Develop Bazaarvoice’s product vision and thematic road map in partnership with Product Management
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, offers, and product features
  • Develop and maintain overall Bazaarvoice positioning, messaging, packaging, and sales tools, developing vertical and geography-specific strategies and content
  • Inform promotion plan for solutions in partnership with Integrated Marketing teams globally
  • Directly support Sales and Client Success on a 1:1 basis on key industry/client events and accounts (prospects and clients)
  • Maintain quantitative and qualitative performance measures on key product portfolios


Who you are:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing in a B2B environment, with 2+ years in a management role
  • A passion for inspiring and developing talent
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for software and service products in a B2B environment
  • Quantitative, creative, and exceptional communications skills – we want a person who has them all
