Product Marketing Manager, Strategic Enterprise Accounts

Position Overview

This is a cross-functional role working with strategic accounts sales, customer success and the rest of our product and central marketing teams. Product marketing connects our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing, ultimately delivering business impact by growing account-based revenue. This role reports into to the Senior Director of Enterprise Account Management Product Marketing and will be instrumental in driving growth for a priority company-wide initiative.

This role is responsible for driving the GTM strategy and roadmap for the Strategic Accounts initiative. This go-to-market strategy will work across marketing, sales enablement, product and sales teams to establish a "better together" selling motion and end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategy. This role will execute a strategic platform narrative across the Governance Cloud through the lens of solutions, customer stories and vertical and account- specific insights. It will drive alignment on messaging and positioning that combine a deep understanding of the Diligent platform with knowledge of how Governance Cloud is uniquely positioned to deliver governance transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for the strategic enterprise accounts program, in close collaboration with sales and customer success leadership.
  • Provide a wide range of foundational insights and strategy fundamentals including market analysis, customer segmentation, persona insights, solution definition, competitive analysis, channel mix, pricing, packaging and reporting metrics.
  • Equip sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team with consistent and compelling messaging that drive adoption of our solutions and bring voice of market and customer to life.
  • Build effective, targeted content, sales collateral, and sales enablement tools to accelerate sales and help customers find valuable use cases
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns through targeted digital, content, event, and web marketing efforts, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for strategic accounts
  • Pilot new strategic enterprise GTM tactics that expand awareness, catalyze opportunities and increase account LTV
  • Enable sellers with training, tools, assets and experiences that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • For all marketing engagements executed by other teams, create a strategic account overlay to maximize and optimize impact
  • Set product and solutions adoption goals, establish KPIs, track and analyze performance to drive adoption and deliver on strategic account initiatives

 

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience in Saas technology, fin-tech, finance or professional services companies preferred.
  • Ability to craft compelling stories, collateral, and tools around technology products and services for both business and technical buyers
  • Experience working with creative partners and agencies to develop sophisticated marketing materials that drive impact with enterprise buyers
  • Demonstrated insights experience to be able to deeply understand our market, customers and competition and then integrate into product development and GTM strategies.
  • Proven track of owning projects end-to-end and working autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience in executing operational and go-to-market plans that require input and execution from multiple teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent reporting skills: ability to distill raw data into actionable insights, and create clear, concise and actionable reports
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude, including ability to take initiative and confrontable navigating white space
