Product Marketing Manager

Arcadia.io is looking for a product marketing pro to join our growing marketing team as Product Marketing Manager and lead strategic product marketing initiatives for the health plan segment. This is an ideal role for a talented product marketer looking to join a high-growth startup in a high-impact role. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing and have responsibility for product marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of products and the health plan segment. In this role, you'll be responsible for working closely with Arcadia leadership to align marketing strategy with business strategy, and with the Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to define differentiated, compelling value propositions and product-level messaging and positioning across our marketing channels and programs. You will be the point person creating product messaging and positioning, leading product launches, gathering market and competitive intelligence and synthesizing messaging, selling and go-to-market strategies, as well as developing an array of marketing and sales enablement deliverables that reflect those value propositions.


You are familiar with the market for healthcare data and analytics, ideally including solid knowledge of the health plan segment. You should have solid experience and knowledge of best practices for developing high-value product-level content assets (client success stories, product explainer videos, etc.) and sales enablement materials. From high-level value propositions to hands-on product knowledge, our ideal candidate is an experienced product marketing professional with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive significant, measurable impact on our success.


What Success Looks Like:


In 3 months:

  • Develop deep familiarity with core business, brand, positioning, and the competitive landscape
  • Review existing positioning, messaging, and collateral for the health plan segment, learn how they are used in the sales process, provide objective critiques and develop initial content and collateral pieces to address most urgent needs.


In 6 months:

  • Complete an assessment of the health plan market segment and make initial recommendations to optimize our messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Complete a messaging framework and collateral refresh of our products geared towards health plan buyers and enable the growth team


In 12 months:

  • Deliver and manage execution of a robust product marketing plan that leads to measurable growth for the health plan segment
  • Lead the successful launch of new products geared towards health plan buyers


What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business / Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of successful content asset development, planning and orchestrating product launches, and facilitating sales enablement training
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills needed to work on a close-knit team, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to give oral presentations and prepare professional presentations utilizing PowerPoint and digital media.
  • Strong organizational and conceptual/creative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives to meet deadlines all while working at a sustainable pace.
  • Ability to get past opinions and anecdotes to make fact-based decisions that improve product success in the market
  • A great attitude, positive energy and a desire to help take a fast-growing startup to the next level.


What would be a plus

  • Experience with a software/SaaS or other technology product that has sold in a B2B marketplace
  • Experience in the payer market segment
  • MBA
  • Start-up experience
