Product Marketing Manager/Director

The Role


We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate marketing associate director to lead marketing strategy and execute programs for a commercial solution in Europe. You will help create content, evangelize and deliver world-class demand and lead development programs for one of our commercial solutions in Europe. This role requires excellent marketing planning and execution. You will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and account-based marketing programs in line with pipeline goals. You will work closely with sales leaders, market strategists, and customer success teams in a fast-paced and rapidly growing market, ensuring strong cross team collaboration.


What You’ll Do

  • Create go-to-market plans and content to establish Veeva as a market leader
  • Hands-on execution of integrated marketing programs including thought leadership and content marketing programs, account-based marketing plans, inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns, online and offline events, digital (SEO, website), and PR
  • Author thought leadership and other market-facing content and derivative assets that communicate our vision and articulate the value of our solutions
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, concise value propositions, and product and competitive briefs
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
  • Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing marketing programs
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with a broad understanding of business strategy
  • Proven ability to translate vision into effective marketing strategies
  • Experience creating integrated marketing plans, execution, and reporting on programs
  • Experience in enterprise solution demand creation and field marketing
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Consistent track record of building productive and collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and writing content
  • Experience building social media programs
  • Experience managing quarterly and annual program budgets
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Travel 10-15%

Nice to Have

  • Marketing experience in a high growth software or technology company
  • Experience with salesforce.com and Pardot
  • Life sciences industry experience is a plus
