Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and report directly to the Director of Product. Engage extensively across various departments, including Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement, to ensure a cohesive approach.

🔍 Customer Insight: Be energized by identifying and understanding customer pain points. Convert these insights into compelling product solutions by actively engaging with customers to gather their needs and desires.

🚀 Product Involvement: Demonstrate a natural motivation for being involved in the product discovery process. Be actively present in all stages of product experimentation, contributing innovative ideas and strategies.

🌟 Influence: Possess the ability to hold considerable sway within the organization. Play a crucial role in influencing decisions in marketing and beyond, leveraging your insights and expertise.

💡 Experience: Bring a wealth of experience from the SaaS industry, preferably with a background in HR solutions. Show a proven track record of working effectively within product teams or similar environments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product marketing within a SaaS environment, HR solutions background preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
• A track record of uncovering customer pain points and turning them into product enhancements.
• Passionate about being involved in the product discovery and experimentation process.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid role, but you will be required to interview at the clients HQ in Marlow. You will be expected to go to the office a couple of times a month.

The role is offering a basic salary up to £90k plus a 15% bonus.
