Product Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

  • To be the champion for Sorted’s product messaging, ensuring a clear value centric approach runs through all our go-to-market channels.
  • Ensure a clear messaging framework, grounded in customer insight is delivered across all marketing mediums
  • Lead the planning and execution of all descriptive content outputs for multi-channel use

Responsibilities

  • Own the process of persona development and refinement, establishing a battlecard of insights that inform effective value proposition design
  • Create clear value propositions for each of Sorted’s products; PRO, HERO and REACT aligned with key buyer personas and Sorted’s target market segments
  • Build and execute a plan of descriptive content outputs designed to ensure key buyer personas within the Sorted TAM relate to, understand and ultimately buy into Sorted’s solutions.
  • Own the delivery of all sales enablement material across Sorted’s three product areas, including but not limited to Sales Decks, Product Overviews, Use Cases, Battlecards, Demonstration decks, Web and Landing Page copy.
  • Be the product messaging champion for the marketing and sales development teams, ensuring all marketing and prospecting material is accurate and tightly aligned to the value propositions you will create for Sorted PRO, HERO and REACT.
  • Translate new feature releases into meaningful sales and marketing collaterals, making recommendations for action where required.


About the individual

  • Experienced B2B technology marketing experience, ideally including SaaS
  • Customer centric, at home with questioning, listening and learning from our platform’s buyers and users
  • Well versed in middleware platforms and able to link customer pain to features eloquently and easily
  • Structured, focussed and energetic, able to build relationships across the organisation to achieve meaningful outcomes
