Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus + share options


The Role

After having raised our Series A earlier last year, our growing team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Product Marketing Lead to help us build one of the best research platforms in the world. A key leader within the Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to build out Product Marketing at Prolific for our Academic, Corporate and AI segments.


What you'll be doing

  • Develop deep audience and market expertise to become an internal expert on the intersection between our customers and our product. 
  • Build clear and concise product positioning and messaging for new features and be the champion of those with all customer-facing teams.
  • Create a product launch framework and execute launch plans for all relevant product initiatives, working cross-functionally to create campaigns that drive adoption.
  • Work closely with our sales, customer support, and product teams to channel user feedback into the product and product news to our users.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to develop the right channels for our campaigns, including email, in-app, content marketing, landing pages, sales materials etc.
  • Conduct user, market, and competitive research where needed to better understand trends and apply key learnings to new initiatives.
  • Champion the impact your work has on the business. Make data-driven decisions, set targets, measure impact and share your learnings.


What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. Experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data sets with demonstrable ability to distill them into actionable takeaways.
  • Experience working with(in) start ups and establishing the foundations of product marketing. Self-starter and ability to create new processes and projects from scratch.
  • A very high bar for quality, strong attention to detail, and drive to create best-in-class marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work cross-functionally on large scale or high profile projects.
  • Exceptional prioritisation and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and visual.
  • A passion for customers and ensuring they have the best experience, with a demonstrated ability to use research to improve the customer experience.


Even better if you have

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Metabase, and Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural and market research methodologies.
  • Degree in a behavioural or social science related field.
