Senior Manager, GTM Enablement

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to build and lead our Enablement function. This role reports directly to our Director of Revenue Operations.


WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS, with experience that includes sales, sales enablement, and/or product marketing. This candidate must be highly motivated, possess outstanding communication skills, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growing environment.


The Enablement group will work closely with all of our GTM teams to continuously develop and improve on our robust sales and retention methodologies. As part of our Revenue Operations group, Enablement will have the benefit of working cross-functionally to create collateral, playbooks and trainings that will have a direct impact on helping RevenueWell hit its pipeline and revenue goals. The Senior Manager of GTM Enablement will own sales training, support and optimization; retention strategy and customer success enablement training; select systems (including Salesforce and Outreach); and content and process optimization, in partnership with the Operations and Marketing groups. This role will be based in our Chicago office; occasional travel to Bannockburn may be required.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

•      Build a world-class Enablement function that accelerates the success of our sales and customer success teams

•      Own and optimize key systems, including Salesforce and Outreach

•      Develop, distribute, and train on GTM content, including cadences, playbooks, pitch decks, cheat sheets, objection scripts, etc.

•      Constantly analyze KPIs and results for groups and individuals; identify strengths/development areas and coach accordingly

•      Create, implement and manage sales onboarding processes that accelerate onboarding and new revenue

•      Define, monitor, and reinforce sales and retention methodologies, including attack plans, win/loss analysis, competitive intel, and customer dialogue templates

•      Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales and marketing GTM process, tracking and supporting the adoption of new campaigns and products

•      Be recognized as a subject matter expert and proven leader at RevenueWell
