We’re looking for a proactive product marketing professional with the experience, confidence and know-how to take our product marketing efforts to the next level. You will bring fresh insight and great stakeholder management skills to this fast-paced role. With lots of exciting new features and product releases in the pipeline, being highly organised and having a results driven approach, will be key attributes in this critical role.

Product storytelling
- Become the voice of our product, both internally and externally. Articulate its benefits and features in a way that resonates with our audience
- Support the development of our product messaging and work closely with the wider team on improving it
- Work closely with the content team to produce high-quality content that brings our value proposition and key differentiators alive
- Regularly review key product messaging across platforms and campaigns to make sure they are updated in line with the product updates
Go-to- Market campaigns
- Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product features
- Create sales enablement and lower funnel marketing material, including webinars, videos, case studies and web pages
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication around product announcements and feature launches
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance
Customer research
- Collect and analyse customer insights from various sources (customer interviews, industry data, online research etc) to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Conduct thorough and ongoing market research to identify trends and monitor the competitive landscape within the HR & People Management Software sector
- Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data
